Taking the time to look after ourselves during this pandemic is extremely important. For this Erasmus+ Wellness Day, we will explore the benefits of daily exercise and how to take part in such activities.
In the morning session, we have lined up a jam-packed programme of fun wellbeing activities which you are free to try out during the Zoom breakout rooms.
