About this Erasmus+ Wellbeing Day
Taking the time to look after ourselves during this pandemic is extremely important. For this Erasmus+ Wellness Day, we will explore the benefits of daily exercise and how to take part in such activities. 

In the morning session, we have lined up a jam-packed programme of fun wellbeing activities which you are free to try out during the Zoom breakout rooms.
Morning Session
After a short introduction to our Erasmus+ Wellbeing Day, you will be able to select which activity that you would like to sample in the Zoom Breakout Rooms.

Take part in a discussion about the benefits of adopting a healthy lifestyle. Ailish McGahey and Lisa Kelly will be chairing this discussion and will be answering any questions that you may have.
